Jean at age 17 had consensual teen sex with his then 13 year old girlfriend. He was charged with aggravated sexual assault in which he got sentenced to ten year deferred adjudication and ten years registration as a sex offender. February 2008, Jean was arrested for violating his probation and on July 30, 2008 was sentenced to a three year maximum prison and once he is released will be deported back to Mexico due to his immigration status.
